Background
Nine years in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, across managed service providers and in-house IT. Most recently as a device management specialist in Copenhagen, and before that running secure email infrastructure and digital certificates — S/MIME and TLS — for client IT departments. In between, several IT consultant roles, preceded by five years in support and onsite work, where the PowerShell habit behind the audit itself first took shape: automating the same manual checks, tenant after tenant, until doing it properly was less work than doing it by hand.
